Swag store is pretty bare, hats and shirts. Maybe monitize acheivements by offering pins or sew-on badges? Here in S.Texas, for yearly Fiesta we trade metal pins and wear sashes with 100’s of such. Simple ones sell $3 to $5, fancy $10. Remember my cut!
