i think putting 5 empty boxes in the middle of the table (for the flop, turn and river cards) would help beginners, old guys, distracted players (snacking, drinking, playing multi- MMT’s etc) by seeing immediately how many cards are coming. (or NO more cards are coming- and THIS is the LAST/showdown bet!). i’ve lost track @ times and lost $ (my fault), but feel the empty boxes would remind/inform me that one or NO more cards are coming. i think it’d be a nice assist, and help us not-so-bright players from loosing $ accidentally.
