Why can't I add on more chips at the break of a 250-R MTT?

This has happened to me at least 3 times when I play in the 250-R MTT. At the break, players can add on more chips, yeah? But it never asks me if I want to. Every other player can. Why is that?

Not sure why you not get the box on table to add-on (it happened to me when i just was moved to another table), when you not get it you always can click on “add chips” on the chips tray on top of the table (the same you can do when you rebuy when you still have chips)

I am having the same problem on the April foolery freeroll games. Everyone else is adding 10,000 chips at the break and I cannot find anyway to do that since I am not getting the popup box I usually get in other games.
