Huh, interesting – usually when we’ve had these issues in the past, it could be random tables in random tourneys depending on what server it’s on. Thanks for pointing that out; passing along the details!

This is my slow down it took me about 15 mins to get online and I came to community forums and I can’t get back to play poker I’m getting the same message when I try and leave here.
Same here. The site came back up for me momentarily but getting the same 502 Server Error message again.

Site is working for me. Able to connect to table and play in the World Cup Satellite tournament.
The site is back and tables should be operating normally again! Knock on wood I’m not too hasty to report it this time.

We’re currently experiencing some site outages that may be related to Google Cloud. Because this is a Google issue, we have to wait on them to resolve it. We expect things to be back up soon. I’m very sorry for any trouble you may experience in the meantime!
We received the following update from Google:
“The issue with Google Cloud Load balancers returning 502s should be resolved for majority of users and we expect a full resolution in the near future.”
It looks like our site is operating normally again, so all should be well now, but we’ll update you if we notice anything else come up! Thank you so much for being patient while this issue was resolved.
