Ok here we go,I was looking at the finishes for the 13th game ( the last Game ) and noticed i couldnt find the 2nd place winner posted even though i saw on top of board it was mikhayla. There were only 21/22 players posted for their 13th game finishes. i went to look at all of them and noticed you left out the finish for the 13th game for mikhayla and didnt put a 2 for her 13th game under finishes, it just showed her 12 game stats. Thats all, i think the only person other than me that might have noticed it would be mikhayla but since he/she didnt mention it then he/she didnt even notice it. Anyway his/ her points on the left showed up but just not her place of finish, just a blank spot for the 13th game. Now do i get a big carrot for that intense proof reading :slight_smile:

3rd QUARTER RESULTS
Congratulations to cottage3 for accumulating the most carrots of the entire 3rd quarter. To give you an idea of how well cottage3 did this quarter, he could have not even played in MTT II & VII and still won by more than 6,000 carrots! His average finish was better than 8th place for all 14 MTT’s!

If you finished near the top, do you think you have proven yourself to be a high-caliber poker player? Then do it again in the 4th quarter, because after 10/3/18 there will be 2 different leaderboards. There will be a 4th quarter leaderboard and a cumulative leaderboard.

AVERAGE FINISH LEADERBOARD FOR 3rd QUARTER
Here’s a different leaderboard. It’s your average finish for the 3rd quarter. Just a different way to look at performance thus far. It takes 50% participation (at least 7 MTT’s) to qualify. What are the primary differences? This method gives no advantage to those who can play more often or for finishing well in an MTT with more entrants. BTW no matter how the stable is viewed, the same Donk is still at the top.

Capt, Thank you for creating a space for all of us who desire great poker play. Your leaderboards have provided massive feedback for me, something I am grateful for. My goal is to achieve most improved player this quarter. When I reflect on the last quarter, I see where my ranges vs betting patterns can easily be improved on…I had a lot of emotional MTTS, sometimes shoving too much and allowing outside influences to change my core strategy. Nowadays I am letting it come to ME easier with less forcing of hands…ty…This league has assisted me patching up some serious holes I had in my game…thank you ev1!..i’ll never call a re-raise to lower straight on the river again…lol…Being a Donk to me means I have found the place I have been looking for to improve my poker play, you are all awesome players!

The Team Poker Challenge
Donks, at 4pm on Saturday (10/6/18), our league will be pitted against the Partisan Poker league in a Team Poker Challenge where 4 of our best will go up against 4 of their best. Our team captain is crum1850 and his players are tomkat287, BRICK 52, SarahFra and marklou. Scoring will be - 1st 7 points, 2nd 6 points, then 5, 4 ,3 ,2, 1 and 0 for eighth place. So as you can see, the strategy is not to be the player with all the chips at the end, but instead it is to help team mates avoid being eliminated. Let’s support our team and to watch it:

RE: Luck, I had a hand from the team match up on my mind for a week now and I would like to share some thoughts. There was a hand where I was getting a little short and I was in the small blind. Flashlight was on the button and another team partisan was the Big blind.(sorry I cant remember who so I will say player A. Kitty folded as did mark and tomcat and flash limped in. I thought about it for 15 seconds before I limped the half blind. I only had 59 off. my reasoning was if Flash had any big hand he would have raised and player A would do the same in which case I fold. He limped .Perfect so far ,I get to see a flop at 5 to1. The flop was K 7 j rainbow, I check, player A checks ,flashlight checks. so far so good. Turn came an 8 and I check, player A checks again. flashlight takes a few seconds then checks, whew , so far so good. all I need is a miracle now. the river is a 6, BINGO ! I go all in , player A folds and flashlight probably thinking I hit a pair or was stealing, calls .with a pair of 7s .wow big double up and a lead I never give back till its heads up. Now it has been implied I got lucky and I did, but… had I not taken the chance at 5 to1to see a flop i’m probably out in a couple of hands. Lucky or the right play ? I’ll let others decide for themselves. Thanks BRICK

I remember that hand. You played it right. They could have gotten you to lay it down with a decent bet after the flop. IMHO, any comments you read about being lucky, were directed at our entire team for the entire match and not just you for that one hand. They are begging for a rematch…I say make them wait.
